Payment: PayPal is accepted for all orders. You do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase. For those customers purchasing in Louisiana, sales tax will be added at the time of purchase. Orders paid for by e-Check will not be shipped until payment has cleared which may take 3-5 days.
Shipping: Orders are shipped within 1-2 days of purchase, not including weekends and holidays. All packages are shipped USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail, depending on weight. If you would like to add insurance or package tracking to your order, please contact us for information. Unless you have chosen to insure your packages, we cannot be responsible for refunds on lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Refunds and Exchanges: Due to health and safety reasons, items cannot be returned. In order to assure customer satifaction, please contact Millie and Me prior to placing an order if you have any questions about a product. Please contact us immediately if there is a mistake on our end on an item you received, and we will gladly correct it at our expense.
If you decide to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Cancellations can only be done if your order has not shipped. Because we are not refunded some of the fees associated with the payment you made, we will refund your purchase minus $1.00 to cover that expense.
